JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide administrative support and assistance to the team or specific department
Answer and route calls, take and distribute accurate messages, and manage inbox messages
Create, maintain, and update records, databases, and files in an organized manner
Perform research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed
Assist in drafting and preparing correspondence, presentations, and other materials
Provide support for additional administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, and filing
Assist in event planning and coordination, including handling logistics and communicating with attendees
Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense reports for team members
Work collaboratively with other administrative professionals to support cross-functional teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of Business Management or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative support role.
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to maintain confidential information and handle sensitive corporate data
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to work with people from different backgrounds and levels.
Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
